We use foam to wrap each ceramic product to avoid damage caused by direct contact each other. For small products, we use paper boxes for packaging; For large-sized products, we use wooden boxes for packaging. After packaging, fragile labels are affixed to the surface of the packaging. We usually use DHL, FedEx or UPS international air freight to ensure that every piece of goods can safely and efficiently reach customers.

What kinds of advantage do you have to produce ceramic products?
We hunting advanced ceramic raw material from the world, and developed most advanced ceramic shape way. Combining with computer-control heat-treatment process and CNC grinding equipment, we produce high quality fine ceramic products with reasonable price.

Where do your ceramic powders come from?
For high quality-requirement ceramics, the ceramic raw materials are imported from German, Japan and France. For normal ceramics, we use Chinese local ceramic raw materials.

 How do you guarantee the quality of products?
We control the ceramic quality from raw material to package. As mentioned before, we can produce ceramics using Chinese local material, and also can produce ceramics by imported high quality raw material according to your requirements. For heat-treatment, all our ovens are imported from Germany and temperature control by computer. All ceramic green bodies are debinding slowly at low-temperature oven first and then sintered in high-temperature oven.
